We played a game in Flat Rock called “Guess the Beer”. The winner was triumphant after 3 guesses. At an establishment boasting over 50 different selections, I thought it was pretty impressive. After playing our set, they sent us packing with a bottle of wine which also impressed me.
Asheville’s a super cool town. It had been some years since I’d visited last; too long to say the least. The last 2 times I’ve come through have been for New Year’s and St. Patrick’s day – arguably the 2 biggest drinking days of the year (with Ground Hog Day and Secretary Day being right up there as well). I think I’m starting to see a trend developing here…
Now we’re back in Tennesse heading for Knoxville. Maybe this time I’ll actually go up that dang ol’ Sunsphere.
